I Love This Cookbook!

I first looked through the recipes I thought, I'll never make a
majority of these. Heck some of them called for ingredients
that I'd never even heard of! But, one of my goals for the New
Year was to start trying new healthy foods so this ebook was the
perfect opportunity I was looking for.
I have only had time to try a couple
recipes so far but I was amazed at how easy they were and how
quickly you can throw one together. I really like the fact
that Carrie has provided 365 recipes. No
more eating the same boring ole salad over and over again.
My favorite, so far, is the Autumn Fruit
Salad. The flavor was great, the taste excellent but even more
exciting was the fact that my very picky son even loved it! My
other favorite one was the Black Bean & Rice Salad.
